Where do I find my Window or Door service label?

Double-Hung Windows - unlock the window and open the top sash. The label will be located in the head of the frame. You can also open the bottom sash, tilt it inward, and check along the side of the sash.

Single-Hung Windows - start by looking along the top frame. If the label is not there, open the bottom sash, tilt it inward, and check along the side of the sash. (Advantage Single-Hung Video)

Glider Windows - unlock the window and slide it all the way open. Check along the head of the frame toward the center. You can also open the sash halfway, lift it up, then pull the bottom toward you to remove it. The label will then be on the top of the sash. (Glider Video)

Casement & Awning Windows - unlock the window and crank it open. You may need to remove the screen. The label will be located at the top of the frame or on the screen that was removed.

Picture Windows - check along the top frame to locate the label.

Patio Doors - slide the operator panel all the way open. Look toward the head of the frame near the center, or on the operator panel just above the lock.
