MyVector Update Support
UPDATE BROWSER
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three dots in the upper right corner to open the menu.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- In the left-hand panel, click on About Microsoft Edge.
- The browser will automatically check for updates. If there is an update available, it will download and install it.
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome and click on the three dots in the upper right corner to open the menu.
- Select Help > About Google Chrome.
- The browser will automatically check for updates and install them if available. You will need to relaunch the browser to complete the update.
CLEAR CACHE
Microsoft Edge
Step 1: Open Microsoft Edge
- Launch Microsoft Edge by clicking on the Edge icon on your desktop or searching for it in the start menu.
Step 2: Access Settings
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser to open the menu.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Navigate to Privacy, Search, and Services
- In the Settings menu, click on Privacy, search, and services from the left-hand side panel.
Step 4: Clear Browsing Data
- Scroll down to the section titled Clear browsing data.
- Click on Choose what to clear.
Step 5: Select Cached Data
- In the Clear browsing data menu, you will see various options.
- Make sure Cached images and files is checked. You can also select other types of data you wish to clear.
- Choose the Time range from which you want to clear the cache (e.g., Last hour, Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, All time).
Step 6: Clear Data
- Click on the Clear now button.
Step 7: Confirmation
- Once the data is cleared, you will receive a confirmation message. The cache is now cleared, and you can close the settings tab.
Google Chrome
Step 1: Open Google Chrome
- Launch Google Chrome by clicking on the Chrome icon on your desktop or searching for it in the start menu.
Step 2: Access the Chrome Menu
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser to open the menu.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Navigate to Privacy and Security
- In the Settings menu, click on Privacy and security from the left-hand side panel.
Step 4: Clear Browsing Data
- In the Privacy and security section, click on Clear browsing data.
Step 5: Select Cached Data
- In the Clear browsing data menu, you will see various options.
